With your permission, a technician will log on to your computer from our U.S. based Help Desk. This service will be available to you, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. During those times you may access this service as often as you wish.
Setting Up Remote Support
Once we have processed your payment you will receive a confirmation email.
That email will contain a link that will direct you to our customer service online.
There, you will be asked to verify information we obtained from your online payment.
Upon verification, you will be asked to download your Remote Support shortcut on to your desktop.

- A customer service representative will ask you to describe the nature of your computer problem
- If remote assistance is required, you will be asked to click on our remote support icon located on your desktop
- Once opened, you will a list of available remote support technicians number from 1 through 12.
- There, you will directed to click on a specific technician number from that list
