Fastcase Releases Legal Research App for Android

Like the iPhone app, the Android app synchronizes research activity to the desktop.

Following the successful launch of Fastcase for the iPhone, the legal research company released today a mobile version (1.0) for the Android operating system for smartphones and tablet computers. Like the iPhone app, the Android app synchronizes research activity between the mobile client and the desktop and web versions of Fastcase. I downloaded the Android App (verion 0.9) on the eve of its release and installed it to my Motorola Droid Bionic (Android version 2.3.4) to see how it works.

First, I was surprised to find that the Android app, like the iPhone app, is not only free to download and install on your smartphone or tablet, but the company’s national case and statute database is also free to access after registering your email address with Fastcase.
