Protechnica is an Orlando based Microsoft® Partner, founded in 2004. We are focused on the small and medium sized business community.
This company came into existence as another branch to a consulting business. About 7-8 years ago the technology needed to start an IT support company (MSP) became very affordable, and one could now bring it to the small and medium size business owner at a reasonable price.
The approach we take to our business and our clients is to consistently deliver structured, predictable, results driven support and service. We have built this business on top of a foundation that consists of 4 "Blocks of Support".
Each block represents a unique support service, and we deliver them as an overall service to each of our clients. The Blocks are as folllowed:
We are the best option because we focus on results, but more importantly we are willing to break down the barriers that can get in the way of achieving those results for our clients. We understand the value of fostering a business relationship, and focus on doing whatever it takes to maintain those relationships for years to come. We use documentation, best practices and reporting to paint a clear picture of where a business is now and where they need to think about going. We do not surprise our clients with hidden cost. We maintain an open and honest line of communication with all our clients.

We want to talk to companies that have more than 5 desktops, may actually be happy with their current IT support but are willing to look at their overall IT costs from different perspective. We never claim that our IT support is any better than our competitors. We do however offer an opportunity for a business owner to decide for themselves if they are getting the most value from their current IT support solution.

Rick Boza | President/Architect
Rick has over fifteen years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and has worked for Microsoft, Disney, and Seagate as a consultant, architect, and manager. In addition, Rick has worked on infrastructural planning, design, and implementation with more than twenty Fortune 500 companies. His ability to combine technical leadership and expertise with business acumen and project management bring a unique combination of talents to our team.
Bob Lautenbach | Vice-President
Bob has over thirteen years of experience as a software architect and consultant for clients such as Lockheed Martin, L3 Communications and the U.S. Navy's International Program. His experience includes work as a system and database designer and integrator of projects of varying size and scope as well as strategic planning for technology-related initiatives.
Charlie Wilmarth | Vice-President
Charlie has over thirty years of experience as a manager and infrastructure designer with IBM and Spherion. With responsibilities including datacenter design and implementation, Charlie blends his technical knowledge with business and financial expertise, having served multiple stints on the board of directors for the IBM Credit Union.
Jonathan L. Persichetti | VCIO & Client Relations Manager
Jonathan has over 5 years of experience in business operations with a background in customer service. His ability to understand the day to day operations of clients and discover their needs allows him to make sure that they are receiving the level of support that their business deserves. Jonathan is also a member of the Central Florida Information Technology Society.
Randy Centrella | Business Development Manager
Randy joined Protechnica in January of 2010. He has over 25 years experience in the customer service industry. He has been a main contributor in the development, integration and execution of various marketing, sales and service strategies and tactics across multiple lines of business.
Eric Fort | Network Administrator
Eric has over 6 years of experience as a senior technician and network administrator for a variety of businesses in the south eastern United States. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional. His ability to learn quickly, communicate both technically and in plain English, and the ability to think on his feet make him a great asset to our teams ability to support companies of all size.
Sheila Rodgers | Office Manager
Sheila has over fifteen years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the Education and Financial Investment industries. She possesses a high level of organizational skills, customer relations and business management experience. We feel fortunate to have her on our team.
